**TERMS & GUIDELINES

TERMS OF SERVICE
By requesting and completing payment for a commission by me, you agree to the terms stated bellow. Bellow is the Agreement required for commissioning me (from here on referred as “the artist”):1. Commissioned works are for non-profit and personal use only.
a. The artist retains all copyright of the produced artwork. Publicly sharing the artwork with proper credits or use it on display for private use is allowed, but reproductions of the artwork for profit or commercial uses is strictly prohibited.
b. To consult and negotiate for a commercial commission, please don't hesitate to contact the artist via e-mail. Not available on the weekends or Indonesian holidays.
c. Usage of artwork for tokenizing NFTs or cryptocurrencies in any form, be it for commercial use or otherwise, is strictly prohibited.
d. The artist will not use the completed work for commercial purposes.2. Customer gives their consent for the completed work to be potentially displayed on the artist’s social media (Instagram & Twitter) and website or be used in their portfolio.3. The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request that doesn’t adhere to the commission Term & Guidelines.4. Payment & Cancellation Fee
a. Payment will be done through Paypal, in USD only, or local bank transfer, in IDR.
b. Customer will be required to pay a 50% deposit upfront and the remainder due at completion. Payments are due within 7 days of each invoice date.
c. Customer reserves the right to cancel their purchase any time within the process. Please bear in mind that in the case of cancellation after making payment, the Customer will be subject to a cancellation fee.
d. Cancellation fees: 30% if work is cancelled in sketch/line art stage, 50% if cancellation occurs in the watercolor stage.
e. Refusal to pay for a complete work will be subjected to an immediate blacklist and deposit will not be refunded.
f. Customer is not permitted to use or edit cancelled work.5. Revisions
a. One round of revision in the sketch stage is included within the price. Further revisions will be charged additionally upon agreement.
b. Due to the nature of watercolor, revisions will not be allowed once the work enters the watercolor stage. The Artist will try their best to accommodate small adjustments; do not hesitate to communicate them.6. Art Delivery
a. Customer may request for artwork to be shipped to their address. Shipping fees will be charged additionally on top of the commission fee.
b. Please note that the Artist will not be responsible for any damage that happened during shipment. The Artist will pack the artwork safely and with sufficient materials deemed for a safe delivery but it doesn’t guarantee that the package will be damage free.
c. Physical artwork will be shipped from Indonesia using the Indonesian postal service, Pos Indonesia.
d. Digital file of the artwork will be delivered via Google Drive folder and it will be available for 2 weeks after the completion of the remainder payment for the artwork.7. Timeframe
Approx. 2-4 days for sketch, 2-3 days for cleaning sketch into line art, and 2-3 weeks of watercolor stage. The time stated are only estimations and the artist may take longer to finish depending on circumstances, but will try their best to meet the deadline and finish within 2 months at the latest. If something occurs that might potentially hinder the progress of a customer's commission, the artist will communicate to the customer and work on a new schedule.

WORKFLOW
After filling out the form, once I reviewed your request, you will receive an e-mail regarding your request status; whether it got accepted or not. The reason requests don't get accepted are most likely because: it includes points in the Won't Draw list, technical difficulties (link to your reference is not working), or the quota has been met.
Consultation and revision will be done via e-mail or Twitter DM.
An invoice will be sent to your e-mail. The drawing process will only start once your payment have been confirmed.
A rough sketch of your commission will be sent to you for review and make alterations to. Once settled with the sketch, you will then once again receive a clean version of it for final review. Please keep in mind that only minor alterations are allowed to be done for the clean sketch and no other revisions are allowed once the sketch has entered the watercolor stage. Any revisions made in the watercolor stage will be charged with additional fees.
After the sketch is settled, I will proceed into producing the illustration in watercolor. The process would be as followed: tracing to watercolor paper, refining the lineart, coloring, and then finishing details. These processes fall under the term "watercolor stage".
Upon finishing, customer must complete the payment first before a high-resolution file of the artwork could be available to download or for the physical artwork to be sent.

The above prices are base fees for 1 (one) character. Additional characters within the same paper will be charged an extra 40% from the base fees for each extra character. Maximum of characters that could be added to the composition within one watercolor illustration is 2 (two) characters.
Prices may go up or down depending on the complexity of your character's design (especially on clothing and background) and the request in general.
"Add-ons: Decorations" may refer to details for clothes, accessories, intricate armor, additional animal, or weapons.
Full Scene commission works may require extensive consultation and brainstorming. Therefore I recommend you to provide your reference, detailed descriptions of your commission, and the necessary notes for an efficient workflow.
Full Scene commission can consist of more than 3 characters in one illustration as long as they can fit in the space with complex background in the composition. But do be mindful of the small paper size, the amount of details can only be done so much.
